الحل :
بل في الواقع فقدان اتصال SQL بين الملقم الخاص بك "Persistent Chat Room" والخادم الخاص بك SQL
إعادة الاتصال (شبكة، ومشكلة خدمة SQL عدم بدء تشغيل )، تحقق من أن telnet منفذ SQL (1433 بشكل افتراضي ) الأشغال وثم إعادة تشغيل الخدمة RTCCHAT (Lync Server Persistent Chat)
